Mixed Technology Assembly
Leaded component insertion is centred around our automatic conveyorised
Multistation Workcentre.  Pcb's are automatically presented to each operative
in a timely manner allowing for placement and inspection prior to the next
operation.
Soldering can be facilitated either manually or using our CMS400DF Wave
Soldering Machine. Cropmatic lead cutting is extensively used prior to the
wave soldering process to ensure a finish of the highest
consistency.
Our soldering processes are optimised to handle the complex demands of
Today's printed circuit boards as well as the need to eliminate CFC
cleaning. 
We can wave solder all types of pcb's, from single sided to multilayer
including properly designed surface mount and mixed technology
combinations.
