& Test
    
Quality Control & Testing is carried out in-house or to customer
specific requirements. Over 200 peices of test equipment on site. Including a Spea ATE test
set up, Automatic optical inspection. Stereo Dynascopes, magnification lamps, calibrated measuring
tools, flash testers, etc. In addition to computer aided tests, custom
jigs can be designed.
Anti-static measures are taken for sensitive products, including
flooring, seating, benches and anti-static wrist & heel straps.
Our technical ability allow us to offer complete functional testing. This
has obvious benefits in releasing your staff from goods inwards inspection
and testing, or allows distribution of the finished product direct to your
end user.
