Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and operating in a responsible and sustainable manner. We strive to:

Environmental Compliance: We comply with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations and industry requirements and action frequent audits as well as increasing employee awareness through training and engagement initiatives.

Energy-efficient Operations:
We use LED lighting, energy-efficient appliances, and aim to minimize unnecessary electricity use.


Enhanced Equipment: Our three reflow ovens are engineered for lower power consumption and optimised thermal performance. This contributes to reduced energy usage across the manufacturing process. This meets our ESG goals by supporting more sustainable operations, lowing environmental impact, and reinforcing responsible electronics manufacturing practices.



Sustainable Materials:
Whenever possible, we choose recyclable, biodegradable, or locally sourced materials in our products and packaging.



Waste Reduction:
We actively recycle and encourage reusable containers and bags among staff and customers.



Cycle to Work scheme:
We support our employees in choosing greener, healthier commutes by participating in the Cycle to Work scheme. Staff can save money on bikes and accessories while reducing their carbon footprint.



Support for Electric Vehicles:
We encourage the use of electric vehicles by offering EV charging on-site and providing company EVs.

Social Responsibility

Fair treatment: We provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all team members we all our staff are recognised and valued.


Community support: We provide the opportunity for our staff to volunteer 1 day a year to assist local charities with various events. We also offer work experience for students of local support programmes.


Charitable donations: Throughout the year, ACL makes regular donations to local foodbanks and community support organisations.
