Testing / Programming

We provide comprehensive functional test and programming services on assemblies and products to your specification (or working with our technical team to define test requirements).

For example: firmware/programming, boundary scan, functional validation, burn-in, etc.

Switch Guarantee

We offer a robust “Switch Guarantee” to ease the transition of a project to ACL. This includes free Design for Manufacture (DfM) and Design for Test (DfT) reviews, free upfront NPI (New Product Introduction) review so that the process is optimised before production begins, no charges for in-house rework on NPI builds (for agreed in-house rework).

BOM Management

Effective electronics manufacturing requires active management of components and supply chain. Our service includes monitoring of obsolescence (end-of-life, long-lead items) and substitution strategies, focused attention on longest-lead and highest-value parts and managing stock and procurement to ensure continuity of supply.

Free Standard Value Passive

As part of our commitment to service, we provide standard value passive resistors and capacitors (where not manufacturer-specific) from ACL stock.

Warranty

We back our manufacturing with strong support offering a 3-year manufacturing warranty as standard demonstrating our confidence in product reliability.
